Marlow Navigation Russia continues to provide qualified Russian seafarers, mainly officers, to the maritime industry, backed by years of experience and expertise in the crew selection and recruitment process, as well as crew training and development.

Oleg Shabotin

Managing Director, Russia

Oleg Shabotin graduated in 1994 from Admiral Ushakov State Maritime University as a maritime navigator, and then joined Marlow Navigation in 1997 as a navigational officer. With his existing experience in Crewing, Shabotin established Crewing Agency Planeta in 2000, later to become Marlow Navigation Russia. He has since been Managing Director, responsible for the day-to-day operations and future growth, as well as being actively involved in various Russian maritime organisations.

Dmitry Shchadin

General Director, Vladivostok

Dmitry Shchadin is the General Director of Marlow Navigation Vladivostok Co. Ltd., Russia. After graduating from Maritime State University (MSU) in 2000, Dmitry underwent seagoing experience as a deck officer. In 2002, he was invited to develop crewing activity at MSU as Head of the Crewing Department. Later in 2005 he began business operations, and in 2007 signed an agreement with Marlow Navigation.
