Hermann Eden is the Founder and Chairman of the company. He started his career in accounting for a north German shipping owner for whom he later managed a crew management company from Rotterdam. In 1982 he established Marlow Navigation and remained its managing director until 2007. Today he is the chairman of the company and remains actively involved in the decisions regarding future project developments and strategic expansion plans.
Joint Managing Director
Andreas Neophytou is Joint Managing Director of Marlow Navigation. Starting his career in shipping over 35 years ago, he joined Marlow in its first year of establishment. Mr Neophytou is a graduate of the Limassol Commercial Academy, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Shipping Chamber (CSC) where he has been holding the position of Vice-President for the last 8 years. Mr Neophytou is responsible for the overall commercial management of the Marlow Group.
Joint Managing Director
Jan Meyering is Joint Managing Director of Marlow Navigation. Mr Meyering has been actively involved in shipping for over 35 years and joined Marlow in 1989. Mr. Meyering graduated as a shipping merchant from the Bremen College for Shipping and Transportation and today focuses on all matters concerning crewing and ship management, including business development and customer retention.
