In June 2021, Marlow Navigation and Opielok Offshore Carriers (OOC) signed a merger agreement, creating the company Marlow Offshore Germany GmbH & CO. KG.
Operating out of Marlow’s Hamburg office, the new company’s combined strengths brings over 60 years’ experience and knowhow. OOC has been active as a specialist in the offshore industry for over 20 years, whilst Marlow, providers of all kind of Shipmanagement services for 40 years. Together, customers can further benefit from economies of scale and access to a well-established worldwide network.
