The village is currently home to half a thousand people, including 90 children.
Reconstruction work commenced in July following the request by the community, and the medical centre was put back into operation by mid-September. Representatives of Marlow Ukraine were present at the opening, together with the charitable organisation New Dawn and the Halytsynivka community administration, both of whom contributed to the initiative.
The medical centre was also equipped with new structural facilities, plumbing, heating and cooling systems. A number of medical equipment were also installed, as requested by local doctors, including scales, medical fridge, furniture, and surgical tables.
Other items were also collected and donated by residents of Odesa.
