Marlow Navigation Ukraine has been awarded as “Employer of the Year 2018” by the National Maritime Rating of Ukraine for the second year in a row.
Each year, the award is given to the company employing the largest number of Ukrainian seafarers, comparing figures collected from all crewing agencies throughout the country.
The National Maritime Rating of Ukraine is organised by Ports of Ukraine publication in association with the Ukrainian Maritime Administration. Awards are qualified and selected by a board of 31 maritime industry experts and cover a number of categories, including crewing companies, port terminals, shipping and forwarding companies, port agents, as well as other maritime sector businesses and stakeholders.
“Being recognised yet again as Ukraine’s leading maritime employer in the category of crew companies is a great achievement that we are all very proud of. This award indicates the scale of Marlow in recruiting and employing Ukrainian seafarers and contributing to the local economy.
