In mid-May, Marlow Vladivostok took part in the annual three-day regatta at Nevelskoi Maritime State University (MSU) as a supporting partner.
The event took place at the yacht club "Navigator", with races in the waters of Amur Bay.
The regatta began with an official ceremony, where the rector of the University, Sergey Ogay welcomed everyone and paid tribute to the memory of Yevgeny Ivanovich Zhukov, the infamous yachtsman and captain from the Far East and first organiser of the competition. Competitions then started with a heavily contested one-mile rowing race.
The real heroes of the day were cadets of the Navigation Department, who proved to be the absolute leaders of all stages of the competition, winning both the rowing and sailing. General Director, Marlow Navigation Vladivostok Dmitry Shchadin presented the victors with gifts and sweet prizes.
